Drake Evans, CSP, CHMM Risk Control Manager. Drake has over 13 years of loss prevention experience from various industries including textiles, chemicals and manufactured housing.  He is a certified as a Safety Professional, a Hazardous Materials Manager and as an Independent Star Assessor by the North Carolina Department of Labor.  Drake is also an authorized trainer for the OSHA General Industry and Construction Outreach Courses, as well as a certified Defensive Driving Instructor by the National Safety Council.  He has served as President of the Triad Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers.

Cecelia Foy-Dorsett, MBA, CPCU, AIC Property and Casualty Claims Manager. Since graduating from Wake Forest University, Cecelia has actively pursued excellence as a claims professional.  She has worked for large insurance carriers as a senior adjuster for many years and handled multi-line claims including workers compensation, commercial auto, commercial property, as well as personal auto and homeowners claims.  In addition, she served for two years as arbitrator with Arbitration Forums.

In addition to her MBA, Cecelia has earned the professional designations of AIC (Associate in Claims) and is a CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter).  She presently serves on the national level as a claims committee member for the CPCU Society.

Cecelia joined Senn Dunn as claims manager in 2004, bringing her vast knowledge and experience to assist our clients.  She serves as liaison to the insurance carrier and facilitates communication to insure that claims settlement is as efficient and smooth as possible.

Cathy Cartisano, AOES, CISR Claims Coordinator. Cathy has served as a claims specialist with Senn Dunn’s Personal Lines department since 1999.  Her claims knowledge and strong organizational skills make her an asset to our claims management team as well as to our clients.  In addition, her patience and genuine concern for our clients are invaluable to those who have suffered a loss.

Cathy has earned the Accredited Office Ergonomics Specialist (AOES) designation from the NC State Ergonomics Center.  This designation allows her to assist our clients in both office environments and industrial settings in creating ergonomics programs that result in improved employee morale and productivity, reduced lost time from work, and decreases health costs.  She has also earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. 

Cathy resides in Greensboro with her two children.
