Ann Suriani, CIC, CPIW, current President of the Greensboro Insurance Women, has been selected as the 2004 North Carolina Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year. This honor is awarded annually by the Independent Insurance Agents of NC and the Society of CIC. Ann is a Customer Service Representative in our Commercial Lines Division. Congratulations Ann!
